We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will absolutely make it right. 

Because each item in the shop is made-to-order just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details and size selections before checking out. 

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include: 

• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number
